Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – RK Attire (In Collaboration with Rahat Kids)

At RK Attire, we strive to provide the best quality products for our customers. This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

RK Attire operates in collaboration with Rahat Kids, a registered business entity responsible for payment processing, billing, and compliance. All transactions and GST invoicing are managed under Rahat Kids.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues or wrong selection by customer
  • Slight color differences due to screen display
  • Used or washed products
  • Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@rkattire.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos/video of the product
  2. Our team will review and approve the request within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved:
    • We will arrange a pickup OR
    • Ask you to ship the product to our address

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after:
    • Product inspection and approval
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued:
    • To the original payment method
    • Within 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable):
    • Refund will be processed via bank transfer

All payments and refunds are processed under Rahat Kids.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost:
    • Covered by us if product is damaged/incorrect
    • Otherwise, borne by the customer

6. International Orders

  • We offer worldwide shipping, but:
    • Returns for international orders may not always be feasible
    • Refunds or replacements will be handled case-by-case
  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Customized products
